Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal using your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact, including the anti-stain and anti-odor technology certifications.

  Package & Pickup

  Place the items in their original packaging; our logistics partner will arrive within 24-48 hours to collect the parcel from your doorstep.

  Verification & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the garment's integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
